" ... What we like: The PupLight hangs from a specially designed clip that helps hold the light away from the dog’s coat (in case of an especially shaggy dog) and allows the owner to change the angle of the beam of light to his or her preference. The clip can be strapped to the wide, adjustable, elastic collar provided by the manufacturer or to a regular flat collar. All of our testers liked using the light on the collar provided, so they could quickly pull it off over the dog’s head to use as a flashlight when needed, without turning the dog loose. We really like the fact that the PupLight uses AAA batteries, so we can use environmentally friendly rechargeables. Single-use batteries are a major source of toxins in landfills and waste disposal incinerators...."

"This has got to be the brightest and best new product I've come across. We live in the country and walk our dog at 6:30am in the pitch black. The PupLight brightens the walk in more ways than one!"
"Bought a PupLight about a year ago. My wife and I both love it. Last week I was out with my Jack Russel Terrier. We were about to walk into our darkened garage but the PupLight lighted up a six foot rattle snake. We both stopped immeditely and got out of there. I don't know what would have happened if we didn't have the PupLight on our dog. It may have saved my life."
"I received a PupLight a while back. When hurricane Wilma struck, I put the PupLight on my dog to keep it safe. I used a conventional flashlight. My flashlight went out after about 6 hours, but the PupLight kept working, so I took it away from the dog and used it myself. It shined through the whole storm while our power was out on the same set of batteries. This has got to be one of the best products I've seen. I love it!"
"I like it alot. I use it all the time because I know it's protecting me and my dog. People comment when I'm out with my dog that they think the PupLight is really a great idea. The thing I like best about the product is its construction - I've dropped it several times: I even dropped it in the dog's water bowl and it still works fine! It's really gotten a work-out."
David, Palatine, IL
"The PupLight sure is cool! We have five dogs - the dogs think it's great. I put the PupLight on the dog that's a runner and the other dogs follow her around the yard. I always put the PupLight on my runner because I know it keeps her safe and you certainly can find her when she gets out. In fact, the neighbors call me and tell me. That little dog with the bouncing light just went by my house".
Michael, Niles, IL
"Really a great little thing! The neighbors are asking about it - waiting for it to be in stores so they can get one."
Carol, Algonquin, IL
"My mother uses it all the time. She really likes it. Even if she's not walking the dog, she uses it herself. I think she's going to buy another one".
Daughter of Julie, Antioch, IL
"PupLight is really idea for a safer way to walk your dog. It lights the way quite well and cars can see you in plenty of time. It's also a great help when it comes to picking up after your dog."
Sandi, Crystal Lake, IL
"My husband uses it all the time on the dog. He says it probably saved his life and our dog's life because a car almost hit him but then it stopped because it saw the light. It's really a great thing to have".
Amy, Northbrook, IL
"We have two Golden Retrievers. We take them out for walks at night with their PupLights. The PupLights really light things up well. The dogs love them. They keep you safe because you can tell cars see you. People come up to us and tell how great they think the PupLights are."
David, Villa Park, IL
"Love them! Best product I ever bought (for a pet), I mean they're great for safety. We walk almost every night. The PupLights are generating a lot of interest down here."
Julie, Mt Juliet, TN
"If dogs could dance, that's what my Lhasa Apso, Scooter, is doing when he wears his PupLight! He loves it."
Pam, Glen Ellyn, IL
"I bought both my babies (Dobermans) PupLights! ..Hunters and wild animals are a real threat to pets where I live...These little lights protect them! I keep them on all night."
Karen, Helen, GA
"My dog walker likes it because she can see dogs coming AT her dog ... people open front doors and let dogs out without a leash; the big dogs aren't a problem.. the small dogs are. She likes the fact that she can see them now."
Charlene, Denver, CO
"I love that light! I have a little black dog (schnauzer/terrier mix) I can see her when she's out in the backyard now. Actually, I can see Scruffy a quarter mile away! She's a small dog but she's very comfortable with her PupLight."
Jill, Long Beach, WA
"I love my PupLight. I really like how bright it is. The added visibility makes me feel safe when I walk my two dogs at night (Golden Retrievers). I also like the fact that it stays in place and doesn't roll around. I let my sister borrow it while we were on vacation. She really likes it too...she las a little black mutt that is very difficult to see in the dark. We put it on him and could keep track of where he was at when he was out in the backyard."
Nancy, Madison, NJ
"It's the best! We have Bufo Toads in our area...they're poisonous; they secrete a toxic substance which can kill a pet. I have two Shelties who are very prey oriented. We were out walking last night and I saw a toad on the road before my dogs did. I was able to rein them in before they went after the toad. PupLight is convenient, effective, a great safety feature and AWESOME!"
Julie, Davie, FL
"I absolutely love my puplight. I let my dog out in the morning when I get up, turn on his PupLight, and I can see where he goes. We live out in the country on 3 acres, so without it it's hard to tell where the dog goes. If I need a flashlight for something, all I do is call the dog, and pull it off his neck...no more looking for a flashlight, it comes to me! Another added bonus, since the dog sleeps in our bedroom, it's a great nightlight as well."
Art, Garden Prairie, IL
Puplight's collar is in two pieces that snap together. If the large size strap is too small for your dog's neck, snap in the second smaller piece. Adjust the collar so it fits snuggly around your dog's neck. Put the Puplight on the doubled up part of the strap. The strap should be in front of the middle part of the attachment. If both pieces snapped together are a little too big, put your finger behind the strap in front of the attachment and pull slightly. This creates a loop that tightens the fit of the collar.
